Chris Morris grew up on a farm in the eastern plains of Colorado. He began studying photography at the University of Colorado Denver in 2001. Searching for proof of history led Chris to begin exploring and shooting old houses. Old houses in the area where he grew up are some of his greatest resources for links to the past. He's also been interested in the advancement of technology since personal computers first started showing up in people's homes. Today he is working on a series of photographs posing questions about artificial intelligence and robotics. Chris has shot the Grand Prix of Denver on two separate occasions (2005, 2006), wedding and family photography, and has shown his artwork in various Colorado galleries and coffee shops. He also creates original digital paintings in Photoshop and is skilled in photo restoration and photo retouching.
